Boring bit, but essential

1. Minimum order 6 heads per buffet menu.
2. Minimum order 2 heads per meal solution menu.
3. Vegetarians and veggiequariums catered for, please indicate approx numbers when ordering.
4. Plates, napkins, cups and any other ancillary items can be provided at a small supplement per head.
5. We deliver on a range of platters, bowls, dishes, covered and ready to eat, please do not discard them as we will collect. Where items are not returned or are returned damaged we reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost. A refundable deposit may be required.
6. Meal solutions are delivered chilled and come with reheating instructions.
7. Although we will endeavour to fulfill all last minute orders, please whenever possible provide 48 hours notice.
8. All prices exclude VAT.
9. Order cancellation – should you need to cancel your order, please call 07796171008 before 4pm on the day before delivery. If cancelled after 4pm the order will be charged in full.
10. Allergies – our recipes may change from time to time and therefore we strongly advise you to inform us of any allergies at time of ordering.
11. Ingredients are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute alternatives if necessary. Where the main ingredient or dish is unavailable we will always try to contact you beforehand to discuss alternatives.
12. Payment is required on delivery. Payment can be by cash, cheque or account. Business accounts can be set up.
13. Delivery within the Southampton area is free of charge, subject to minimum order value of £20.00 and availability. Delivery to other areas, or where order value is less than £20.00, can be arranged but a delivery charge may be payable.
